Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel 7 days prior to your arrival or less, you will be charged 100% of the first night's accommodation amount.  This includes no-shows and cancellation of nights after arrival. 

Changes in reservation term:

Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless approved by the motel management  and may depend on re-letting the booked accommodation.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (goods and services tax).

Off-season rates are available on request.
